Before you even start CDL training, you can get a copy of the Tennessee CDL manual to start learning the the rules and regulations you need to know to pass the exam. Study the portions of the manual that relate to the class of CDL you are applying for: A, B, or C.

CDL training, and in some cases truck driving school, can provide you with all the preparation you need to study for the CDL exam.
